We collect two types of information: information you give us directly by filling out a form, and information that is collected automatically when you browse the site.
When you contact us or sign up for program notifications, you give us personal information directly. Here's exactly what each form collects:

Both forms are processed by Web3Forms (a third-party form service) and the submitted data is delivered directly to our team inbox. We do not store your form data on our website's server.
When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager (container ID: GTM-WQ68LRQ2). This helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

When you click a "Register Now" link on our site, you are taken to PlayMetrics — an independent registration platform. At that point, you leave our website and enter PlayMetrics' environment. Any information you provide during registration (including payment details) is collected and governed by PlayMetrics' own privacy policy, not this one.
We have no control over PlayMetrics' data practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policy before completing registration.
